In last few days, a lot of happened around us. Exactly, I am talking about ‘Corona Time Period’ that is going on till now, unfortunately. Meanwhile, out of sudden one day we all encountered with a sad news of demise of a famous male celebrity in India. Who found dead in his bedroom at age of 34. I do not know it was suicide or he was murdered (it’s a long story to go). People said that he was struggling with ‘Depression’ from a long time of period.
That was really a bad news for each and every fan of him. Therefore, a series of Anti-depression prompts started in a thunder way on social media. Every one was posting that they are there to help, talk them, and blah-blah-blah. But, have you really thought about how many people are dying daily due to mental illness. Or how many struggling with it presently around you. However, they are not famous.
Yes, Depression is more dangerous than you can think. Therefore, I am writing about it second time here. My very first blog post was about ‘What is the Depression’ . Where I tried to some light on Depression. So that it would be helpful to needier. You can find it easily here.
One thing always remember, if you are leading a happy life today then you are fortunate enough. But it does not mean ‘Depression’ can not catch you ever. It can fasten you at any stage of life. I am not threatening you here, I am alerting you.
So, what can we do to protect our-self, and our loved ones from ‘Depression’. Let’s talk more and try to understand how can we vanish it from our life forever.
Tension vs Depression
Life is like a swing. When we goes up then we feel happy, and satisfied. But when we goes down we feel disoriented. This swing is continue throughout the life and our thoughts and emotions are flowing with it continuously. And this contentious pattern of thoughts and emotions make life beautiful and fascinating.
But the problems arise when our thoughts turns negative at any stage of life and denied to turn back positive after a plenty of efforts. Then we could not able to realize when ‘Tension’ walks in our life silently.
Tension is also a part of life, it rotate in life’s cycle, comes and resolves. But it becomes threatening when it converts into ‘Depression’.
Feeling of Depression
When somebody is suffering with ‘Depression’ he or she feels like he is close in a dark room of disappointment, and he tried to come out from this dark room but find himself/herself incapable. Depression is nothing, it is that phase of life when things are done in uncontrolled manner. You feel that you have lost your control what is happening around you in your life. And you feel demoralize.
A person who is suffering with ‘Depression’ find himself alone in the crowd. Life seems bitter to him and people around him feels enemy. He or she want to talk but can’t trust to anybody.
The reasons of ‘Depression’ may be various and contrasting to individual. Therefore, result is only abandonment and unhappiness.

How to Win the Game of Depression?
There are a numbers of articles available on internet about how to come out from the ‘Depression’. There are a lot of advises flows online to overcome ‘depression’. However, the truth is everything is unavailing if you judge yourself shaky.
None can help you to come out from this state of mind besides you. If you really want to win this poisons game of thoughts then change your thoughts. Start to think positive, it’s never too late. For now it does not matter how hard time you have faced in life in your past, it has gone. Believe me, that time, that day, and that worst moment of life never will come back in your life.
Do not think what have you lost, think about what can you do and what can you make. Only your positive thoughts and your constructive attitude towards life can help you out.

Is Suicide can be a Solution?
Many people in phase of ‘Depression’ think about to end their life. I personally think it is a worst idea. At-least, in this life we have to fight for our rights with some humans only, but after suicide you never know who will come and stand in front of you for God Knows what reasons. Then what will you do, where will you go. I think this life is much better than that unknown phase (It was a Joke, but, really I mean it). I mean to say learn to solve your problems, instead of escape.
Clock Teach You a Lot
When you find yourself stuck in your hard time, then remember one thing only, time is changing with every passing seconds, just look at your clock, and hear its ‘tik-tok’. This tik-tok trying to telling you ”Hey don’t worry I am taking away your hard time along with me with every ‘tik-tok’ that you are hearing” this hard time shall pass too.
When you were a child and was learning to walk, then after so many times of fallen down on floor, you always put your step forward, so that you can walk. After so many fallen down there was no fear of failure exist in your mind. Your focused was clear, your determination was strong. Like that time, when you free your mind from the fear of failure, you can do much better in your life.
Change your thought pattern, Believe me, ‘Depression’ will automatically vanish from life.
Life is very beautiful only you can make it highly expressive.
I write this article with whole my heart, and the only purpose of this article is to help someone, who lives anywhere and suffering alone with ‘depression’. I hope my few words can lighten the path of someone.
