Depression is well known word, and all of you have heard this word many times. But the sad news is that we have numbers of individuals around us who are fighting with depression every day. I have seen many who have faced depression once in their lifetime. Even, I used to be one in each of them.

I think depression attack like termites on the thought process of an individual and stop him to regain his self-confidence. Besides, it is also stop him to keep faith again in life. I have seen some who have lost their lives due to depression. But as per reality who is going through the depression only he will feel the prick of it. Believe me, it is very dangerous.

But another fact of depression is that it’s not ‘permanent’. And it’s a short section of life nothing more than that. You can beat it and hit it back.

Here I try to share a way How to cope with it.

Firstly we have to know about-

What is Depression?

Depression is that state of mind that may affect your daily life at the higher most level. A continuing pattern of disappointment follows you once every passing day. It’s a disorder that harms you from all sides.

The exciting factor regarding depression is that there are thousands of reasons either these are personal or skilled, or maybe monetary is sufficient to push you during this dark well.

A depressed person thinks that life is brutal, and nothing may be fixing,besides all colors of life dwindling, and there’s no hope. That person feels anxiety, and anger all the time, or looks like crying over tiny things.

Depressions aren’t like cough and cold that catches you and leaves you once many days of treatment. It needs a regular session of therapies, care, and love.

Symptoms of Depression

Are you’re feeling low and sad for a more quiet time of period? then you ought to check it once, it may be depression.

Symptoms of depression are:

  • Distancing yourself from friend and family
  • Feeling empty and low overtime period
  •  Loose of memory
  • Feeling constant pressure and stress
  • Anger or feeling of discomfort all the time
  • A discontinuous pattern of sleep
  • Losing interest  in your daily job
  • Poor concentration
  • Overthinking
  • Headache and Nausea
  • Thoughts of finish your life

How will Depression build Your Life Hell?

Depression will affect your life mentally along with physically, and showing emotes besides. It affects your productivity, and impacts your work ability negatively. It brings all negativity to your life.

It’s not only harmful to a person, but it additionally affects family, friends, and associates as well.

You can’t target your daily work, and you can’t beware of your health even you can’t make any call justifiably if you are suffering from depression. It leaves you like a lazy and empty person.

If you or any you’re loved one suffering from depression, then don’t leave it untreated.

Let’s hit it back

If you are suffering with depression, then observe it. Above all, try to speak along with your friends, family, or colleague about what are you going through. When you talk about yourself with anyone whom you trust most in your family or friend circle, however, it will help to heal you from inside.

If you don’t wish to open up ahead of your family and friends, then I suggest you go for medical care or you can also discuss about it on a web platform as well.

If you don’t wish to speak about your thoughts with somebody then write down your opinion on a piece of paper. It has proved to write down your feelings on a piece of paper also work therapeutically and it is extremely productive as well. Believe me, share your problem like any of method I mentioned above, therefore, it will help you come out from the unwanted stress.

Always remember that problems are the part of life. Take life like a challenge and, certainly do your best to win it. You are a born winner, not a loser. Now its time to get on your feet and show the world that what you’re.

Your family and friends love you and concern about you. Therefore, you should not stop the move and feel them happy and lucky. Consequentially, your happiness is always with your loved ones.
